HRH Moulay Rachid Receives Emissary from Mauritanian president

On the order of HM King Mohammed VI, HRH Prince Moulay Rachid received, on Tuesday (26/02/19) at his residence in Rabat, Sidi Mohamed Ould Maham, an emissary of president of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz, who handed His Royal Highness a message from the Mauritanian head of State to the Sovereign.
